Effects of Dietary Lipid Levels on the Lipid Deposition and Metabolism of Subadult Triploid Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

A growth trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary lipid levels on deposition and metabolism subadult triploid rainbow trout. Diets with low (148 g kg-1 diet), moderate (228 high (294 diet) crude contents were fed quadruplicated groups fish ( 233 g ± 0.2 ) for 80 days, they named as LL, ML, HL, respectively. Results showed that lowest highest values condition factor hepatosomatic index shown in LL group, respectively, while HL group obtained liver redness value, plasma total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol id="M2"> P < 0.05 ).
